  1. Get started with your FREE INTRO class

    Open to everyone interested in coming in to learn what CFBH is about, for FREE by appointment only. What you’ll get is a one hour, one-on-one session with one of our Coaches which will cover topics like: Who we are, Our Methodology, What is CrossFit, What is Fitness, What to expect from a workout or WOD and Nutrition. It also allows us to get to know each prospective athlete’s level of fitness, background, goals and any physical limitations or areas of weakness. You’ll learn a few foundational movements and run through a great introductory workout so we can better assess your starting level and you can get a taste of CrossFit @ CrossFit Bedford Hills.

  3. Memberships

    • Unlimited – Unlimited memberships entitle the athlete to attend any and all CrossFit classes held during each week. This includes daily WODs, Olympic Lifting, Endurance, Mobility and Open gym. Unlimited members are not required to sign-up for classes and may come and go to as many as they’d like each week.

    • 3 Per Week – 3 class per week memberships entitle athletes to attend any 3 CrossFit classes each week. The monthly fee covers any 3 daily WODs, Olympic Lifting, Endurance or Mobility classes. Sign-up is not required for these memberships.

    • Red / Black Unlimited – Our Red/Black Unlimited membership entitles the athlete to unlimited classes at CFBH and Studio 56. An athlete with Red/Black Unlimited may attend any daily WOD, CrossFit specialty class, Open gym as well as any of the classes offered at Studio 56. Sign-up is never required for Red/Black members.

    • Drop-In – Drop-ins are welcome at any time at CFBH. This entitles the athlete to one CrossFit class and is typically used for out-of-town visitors or those with some CrossFit experience looking to try out a class at CrossFit Bedford Hills.

  1. WODs

Workout Of the Day is the backbone of CrossFit training @ CFBH. A WOD involves a specific warm-up for all athletes to go through readying them for that day’s activities and movements. Following warm-up our coaches take the class through the whiteboard for the day explaining any and all movements, scaling, intent and post-WOD activities. Athletes can expect strength and conditioning using their entire bodies every day.

    CrossFit Bedford Hills is excited to start offering a variety of personal training sessions to those who feel regular WODs are either too technically challenging, too intimidating or want to improve their conditioning first. While we don’t believe you have to be “in shape” to begin CrossFit we do understand individual preferences and we want to help.
