CrossFit Bedford Hills and the coaching staff are dedicated to teaching, training and coaching anyone willing to push personal limits towards the goal of becoming a better physical being. No matter what goals you set, CrossFit and CFBH can help you achieve them.

Our members have come in all shapes and sizes, all with varying levels of experience and ability. Each has their own background story and each has a unique set of goals. With proper focus on technique and safe functional movements they’ve been able to push their intensity to brand new levels and thus achieve their initial goals in joining CFBH. The good news is with each goal reached, many new ones are created.

Our mission is simply to provide the venue, coaching and support to our members so CrossFit becomes the best hour of their day!

Programs

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a full body strength and conditioning program. Every class involves constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Each workout mixes conditioning, weightlifting and gymnastics in a way that is ideal for achieving any fitness goal. Our coaches focus first on proper movement and mechanics building towards proficiency and high intensity. The goal is to build well balanced athletes who will take their new level of fitness and apply it to both sport and life.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids trains children to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy) and in doing so prepares them for the demands of life. CrossFit Kids is geared and designed specifically for kids and takes into account their special developmental needs. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function. Consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on academic achievement and emotional wellness. Call CFBH to get started.

ENDURANCE

CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning plan increases power and speed, decreasing recovery time while reducing injury. We focus on eliminating unnecessary volume of training while increasing intensity. Our programming is structured, sport-specific and seamlessly integrated with Olympic lifts, gymnastics movements, explosive activity and mobility-based support.

PERSONAL TRAINING

CFBH Personal Training involves one-on-one or small group training to those interested in a more individualized training program. We will provide a CrossFit Level I Trainer to meet with you individually and customize a program which focuses on core CrossFit movements and standards. This individual program will be scaled to your ability level and will evolve along with you.
